摘要
大型耐磨水泥辊套在制造过程中,成品率较低,热裂纹突出。对裂纹的形态、组织进行了分析及实验室模拟。裂纹形态有角裂纹、槽底裂纹、结合层裂纹。对裂纹产生的机理进行分析,并对关键参数进行修正。工艺改进后,三种裂纹缺陷率下降90%以上。产品质量得到提升,成本降低。
In the manufacturing process of large wear-resistant cement roller shell, the finished product rate is low, and the hot crack is prominent. The morphology and microstructure of the cracks were analyzed and simulated in laboratory. The cracks include comer cracks, cracks at the bottom of the groove and cracks in the bonding layer. The mechanism of the crack is analyzed and the key parameters are corrected. The defective rate of three kinds of crack was decreased by more than 90% after technological improvement. The quality of products has been improved and the cost has been reduced.
