摘要
以MJ345A型木工带锯机为研究对象,在空载下运用先进的北京波普振动分析仪和Vib’sys振动信号采集、处理和分析软件对带锯机锯条的横向振动进行测试和信号采集,并对采集的信号进行分析,通过锯条横向振动位移、自功率谱分析,找出不同条件下锯条振动位移主振型频率的变化规律。通过正交试验分析得出:对锯条横向振动位移影响最为显著的因素为主轴转速,其次为锯条张紧力,皮带张紧力为不明显因素。通过对锯条掉齿前后的分析表明:测定横向振动位移如果在0.56μm^0.68μm之间,而振动主频率在450Hz^465Hz之间,则说明锯条已经产生至少两个掉齿,需要及时更换锯条;进而明确了带锯条掉齿前后横向振动的位移、频率的变化规律,在实际生产中可充分合理利用锯条,防止加工质量严重下降和危害人身安全事故等现象发生,为适时更换锯条提供了前期实验基础和判别的初步依据。
Based on type MJ345A woodworking band saw machine as the research object, using the latest Beijing pop under no-load vibration analyzer and the Vib sys vibration signal acquisition, processing and analysis software for the band saw blade transverse vibration test and the signal acquisition, analyze the collected signal, through the saw blade transverse vibration displacement and the power spectrum analysis, find out the rule under the condition of different blade vibration displacement of main modal frequency. Through the orthogonal experiment analysis: the saw blade transverse vibration displacement of the most significant factor is the spindle speed, the secord is the tension of saw blade and belt tension is not obvious. Through the analysis of the saw blade before and after the tooth shows that determine if transverse vibration displacement is in 0.56 mu m- 0.68 microns, and the main vibration frequency between 450 hz - 465 hz, the saw blade has two teeth at least, needing timely saw blade; the the band saw blade before and after the tooth, the change rule of displacement and frequency of transverse vibration are clear fully rational utilization of saw blade in the process of production, prevent processing quality serious reduction.
