中医体质辨识在慢性功能性便秘治疗中的应用效果评价

Evaluation on Application Efficacy of TCM Constitution Differentiation in the Treatment of Chronic Functional Constipation

为了探讨评价中医体质辨识在慢性功能性便秘治疗中的应用效果，选取2016年1月至2017年1月江苏省沭阳县中医院收治的60例慢性功能性便秘患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组按照常规方法给予乳果糖口服液治疗，研究组在常规方法的基础上予以中医体质辨识进行干预，干预周期为2个月。2个月后观察比较2组患者的便秘症状改善情况及治疗前后的相关积分情况，并应用便秘患者生存质量问卷量表（PAC—QOL）中的方法进行疗效评定。结果显示，治疗2个月后2组组间的临床症状积分及生活质量评分，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后2组组内的临床症状及生活质量评分，均显著低于本组治疗前（P〈0．05）。研究组临床症状、生活质量总有效率为86．7％（26／30）、93．3％（28／30），高于对照组的56．7％（17／30）、73．3％（22／30）。研究组便秘症状改善情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，采用中医体质辨识有助于慢性功能性便秘患者症状的改善，提高患者生活质量。

This study was to explore and evaluate the application efficacy of TCM constitution differentia- tion in the treatment of chronic functional constipation（CFC）,randomly divided 60 cases of CFC subject to treatment in authors＇ department from Jan. 2016 to Jan 2017 into research group and control one,30 cases for each, which the latter received routine therapy（orally administered lactulose）, the former was intervent- ed with TCM constitution differentiation based on routine therapy,intervention cycle lasted for 2 months; then observed and compared both groups＂ constipation improvement status and relevant ratings before and after treatment,and evaluated the effect by using PAC-QOL method. As results,in the rating on clinical symptoms and quality of life there was statistical differece between the two groups after 2 months of treatment （ P 〈0.05）; compared within group the rating on clinical symptoms and quality of life after treat- ment was significantly lower than that before treatment （ P 〈0.05）;the total effective rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter（in clinical symptoms, 26/30,86.7% vs 17/30,56.7%; in quality of life,28/30,93.3 % vs 22/30,73.30%） ,and constipation improvement of the former was superior to that of the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that TCM constitution differentiation is helpful to improve con- stipation symptoms and enhance patient＇s quality of life.
