日本产业结构演进中的企业培训发展研究

Research on the Development of Enterprise Training in Japan in the Evolution of Industrial Structure

考察了日本自第一次世界大战以来产业结构的调整情况,依据日本经济的发展特点划分了四个发展阶段,并在此基础上讨论了每个阶段日本职业教育的发展特点和企业培训的演进历程。通过对企业培训发展过程的梳理总结了其发展规律,并借鉴其发展经验就我国劳动力培训问题提出了启示,以期为我国职业教育体系的发展与完善提供借鉴。

This paper investigates the industrial structure adjustment of Japan since World War I, which can be divided into four stages according to the characteristics of the economic development. And it also discusses the development of vocational education and enterprise training in Japan. At last, it summarizes the law of development by organizing the history of enterprise training in Japan and puts forward some references for the development of vocational education system in China.
