摘要
介绍一种砌块成型机的伺服调幅振动装置,能实现零幅调频,避开机架共振。在不停止电机旋转的情况下,采用伺服控制装置,利用PLC程序控制偏心转轴的旋转相位,可以在一定范围内改变振动装置的振动幅度,使得振动装置产生叠加振动和无振,消除共振。本文主要介绍振动装置的控制要求、控制系统设计及软件设计思路。
This paper introduces a servo vibration amplitude modulation device of block forming machine,which can realize zero amplitude frequency modulation,avoid frame resonance.When doesn't stop the motor rotation,using servo control device and the PLC program control, the rotation phase of the eccentric shaft can be controled within a certain range,change the vibration amplitude of the vibration device,make the vibration device produce superposition vibration or no vibration,and eliminate resonance.This paper mainly introduces the vibration device's control requirement,control system design and software design thought.
