广东高校学生资助政策下乡行宣传工作效果检视——基于乐昌市的调查分析

Study on the Publicity Efficiency of Financial Support Policies for College Students in Rural Areas in Guangdong Province:A Field Research in Lechang City

高校学生资助政策下乡行,即在农村开展高校学生资助政策的宣传工作,以促使该政策在农村能够深入人心和为之所用,保障更多农村贫困学生获得接受高等教育的机会和权利。文章以广东省乐昌市为研究对象,通过实地调查农村贫困家庭对高校学生资助政策的了解情况,检视以往宣传工作的效果,发现以往宣传工作的效果欠佳,在原因分析的基础上提出了学生资助政策下乡行宣传工作的改进建议。

The publicity of college students’ financial support policies in rural areas is to help more people understand these policies and make use of them so as to guarantee that povertystricken students in the rural areas can enjoy the opportunity and right to receive higher education.This paper takes Lechang city in Guangdong province as an example,investigates poverty-stricken rural families’ understating of financial aid policy for college students,examines the efficiency of previous publicity work,and finds that efficiency was not satisfactory.On the basis of cause analysis,the author brings forward an improvement suggestion for college students’ financial support policy.
