摘要
本文针对国内外低温省煤器应用技术进行综述,系统分析低温省煤器的工作原理、布置方式及连接方式,并对各种方式的优缺点进行比较,指出各自的适用范围,总结并对比不同机组应用低温省煤器技术的经济性。结果表明:低温省煤器与暖风器联合应用可综合两者优势,与纯低温省煤器或纯暖风器应用相比,节能效果更佳。并且总结低温省煤器应用过程中常见问题及相应防治措施,为低温省煤器技术的设计、应用及改造提供指导。
The worldwide application of low temperature economizer technology was reviewed in this paper.The operation principle,arrangement and connection modes of low temperature economizer were systematically analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of every mode were compared,and the scopes of application were respectively pointed out.The economic efficiencies of low temperature economizer on different power units were summarized and compared,and the results indicated that the energy-saving effect of joint application technology of low temperature economizer and air heater is better compared with individual application rospectively.The common troubles and corresponding preventive measures during the application of low temperature economizer were analyzed in detail,which could provide guidance for the design,application and retrofit of low temperature economizer.
