摘要 运用机器视觉检测原理,设计了一套铣刀检测系统。根据铣刀的结构形状和精度要求,采用背光式照明方法形成铣刀轮廓,通过远心镜头和CCD相机获取铣刀图像信息。系统的硬件构成由照明子系统、图像采集子系统和机械运动子系统三部分组成,使用Pylon Viewer软件对图像进行预处理,经过图像灰度化、噪声滤除及二值化处理等步骤完成铣刀图像提取。检测试验表明,检测系统能准确判断铣刀径向圆跳动,效率高且操作方便,可实现大批量铣刀的检测要求。 A design scheme of machine vision measurement system to milling cutter was proposed used computer visual measurement principle. According to structural shape and accuracy requirement of milling cutter, milling cutter contour was formed by the backlit lighting method. The image information of milling cutter was extracted by the telecentric lens and CCD camera. The measurement system consists of the lighting subsystem and the image acquisition subsystem, and the mechanical motion subsystem. The image make with the pretrcatment by Pylon Viewer software. The milling cutter image extraction was complete by image gray level, noise filtering and two valued processing. The results show that the radial run-out values of milling cutter were judged accurately by used of the measurement system. This measurement system has higher detection efficiency and being simple operation. The system basically meets the measurement requirements.
