摘要
以原始常用物料剪切机为对象,在对其工作方法和控制方式及其流程进行了研究,为了实现自动化,以三菱中型号为FX2N-16M PLC为主控器取代原剪切机的机械控制,对传统设备进行改造,基于GX works软件,利用顺序控制的设计思路开发了控制程序,并逐步分析说明所设计程序的运行功能,实现搅拌机的自动剪切与送料工作。通过对剪切机及PLC控制的研究,论证了PLC控制技术在自动剪切机中是可行的。
The original commonly used material shearing machine as the object, the work method and the control methods and process are studied, in order to realize automation and mechanical control of MITSUBISHI in type FX2N-16M PLC as the main controller to replace the original shearing machine, the transformation of the traditional equipment, GX works software based on the design of sequence control is developed control procedures, and gradually analysis shows the running function of program design, automatic cutting and feeding work to achieve mixer. Through the research of the shearer and PLC control, it is proved that the PLC control technology is feasible in the automatic shearing machine.
