Study on Innovative Employment and Entrepreneurship Cultivation for Students of Kunming Health Vocational College

在全面实施创新发展的背景下,创新创业教育已成为我国高校教育发展的重要内容,对高校现代化建设、国家经济发展起到了至关重要的作用。基于创新创业教育需求,昆明卫生职业学院为提高学生就业创业能力,完善学院大学生创业孵化基地建设与"一体两翼"发展体系,制定了医学生就业创业能力培养规划。基于此,笔者结合工作经验,就医学生就业和创业能力培养模式的构建进行了分析,以期推动规划目标的有效实现,提升医学生就业创业能力。

Under the background of the full implementation of innovation and development, innovation, entrepreneurship education has become the important content of college education development in our country, the modernization construction of colleges and universities, the country＇s economic development has played a vital role. Based on innovative entrepreneurship education demand, kunming health vocational college to improve students＇ employment ability, perfecting the construction of college students business incubators and one body two wings ＂development system, made the medical students＇ employment ability cultivation planning. Based on this, the author combined with work experience, medical students employment and entrepreneurship training mode construction are analyzed, in order to promote the effective realization of the goal planning, improve medical students＇ employment ability.
