菟丝子总黄酮不同提取方法比较 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]筛选菟丝子总黄酮的提取方法,为充分利用开发菟丝子总黄酮资源提供科学依据。[方法]采用回流提取法、冷浸法、超声提取法、微波辅助萃取法、索氏提取法5种方法提取菟丝子中总黄酮含量,以芦丁为对照品,通过紫外分光光度法对总黄酮的含量进行精密测定,对提取效率进行综合比较。[结果]5种提取方法所得总黄酮含量从大到小依次为回流提取法(31.24 mg/g)、微波辅助萃取法(16.84 mg/g)、索氏提取法(12.82 mg/g)、超声提取法(9.74 mg/g)、冷浸法(8.88 mg/g),回流提取法所得总黄酮含量最高。[结论]回流提取法应用于菟丝子总黄酮的提取,具有提取速度快、提取效率高的优点。 [ Objective] The research aimed to screen the extraction methods of total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis, and provide scientific basis for the development of total ilavones resources in Cuscuta chinesis. [Method]Five kinds of extraction methods reflux extraction method,cold macera-tion method, ultrasonic extraction method, microwave assisted extraction method and Soxhlet extraction method were used to extrant the content of total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis, rutin as a reference substance, the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry, and the extraction efficiency was compared comprehensively. [Result] The content of total flavoniods gained by five kinds of extraction method was fol-lowed by:reiluxing extraction method (31.24 mg/g) 〉 microwave assisted extraction method (16.84 mg/g) 〉 Soxhlet extraction method (12. 82 mg/g) 〉 ultrasonic extraction method (9. 74 mg/g) 〉 cold maceration method (8. 88 mg/g) , the content of total flavonoids was the highest by re-fluxing extraction method. [ Conclusion] The refluxing extraction method is applied to the extraction of Cuscuta chinesis total flavonoids,which has the advantage of extraction speed and high extraction effciency.
