本文主要介绍了慢病管理组成元素与学科介入情况。前者包括医疗卫生机构、卫生行政机构、社会舆论、患者自我管理等,后者包括互联网及电子技术与中医药相关理论的运用,并指出了目前慢病管理存在的部分不足,提出了改进、发展的方向。

This paper mainly introduces the elements and discipline intervention of chronic disease management,the former includes medical and health institutions,health administrative institutions,public opinion,patient self-management,and the latter includes the use of Internet and electronic technology and traditional Chinese medicine theory,some deficiencies in the management of chronic diseases are pointed out,and the direction of improving the development is put forward.
