摘要
维脑路通、胞二磷胆碱注射液在低分子右旋糖酐注射液中配伍,经物理变化观察没有改变。在化学变化方面,采用紫外分光光度法,双波长薄层扫描法,以及薄层层析实验。结果表明该两种药物混合配伍无物理、化学变化产生,在临床上混合静滴是可行的。
The compatility of troxerutin and citicoline indextran-40 injecions was studied by UV-spec-trophostometric, dualwayvelength scanning and TLCdetermination. No physical and chemical changeswere observed in the mixed injections. Thus, themixed injections can be used in clinical practice.
