国内外语料库译者风格研究现状分析

Review of Contemporary Corpus-Based Translator Style Research At Home and Abroad

文章从发文数量、所涉体裁、描写参数和比较模式四个主要方面对2000至2016年国内外语料库译者风格高水平期刊文章进行了定量和定性相结合的考察,进而得出四点主要发现:第一,中英文发文量均增长迅速,但国内学者英文文章数量不多;第二,以小说译者风格研究为主,其他文学体裁译者风格研究不多;第三,描写呈现多角度和多层面特点,但主要集中在词汇和句法层面;第四,主要基于一文同语多译比较模式,较少采用其他比较模式。针对以上不足,提出一些初步性建议:包括扩大研究体裁和内容;注重对语义、语用和语篇层面的描写;丰富比较模式,加强理论应用和实际应用研究意识。

This article aims to investigate the state-of-the-art of corpus-based translator＇s style research at home and abroad. Through a quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical articles published from 2000 to2016 in domestic and international leading journals in terms of number,literary genre involved,description parameter and research method,this study has made the following four major findings： 1） The number of articles in both English and Chinese has been increasing quickly,but a large majority of them are published in Chinese; 2） corpus-based translator style studies are based more on novels than other kinds of literary works;3） corpus-based translator styles are described from various angles and on various linguistic levels,but these descriptions center on lexical and syntactical levels; 4） these studies are mainly conducted based on the method of comparing a source text and its different translations in the same language rather than on other methods.Based on the said findings, this study suggests that researchers should widen their research scopes by expanding to other kinds of literary works, to descriptions on semantic,pragmatic and discourse levels, try more comparative modes, thus raising theoretical analysis and practical application awareness.
