摘要
利用乙二醇溶剂对废旧聚酯织物进行脱色,通过测试织物脱色前后K/S值对脱色效果进行表征。研究了脱色温度、织物与乙二醇质量比、脱色时间3个因素对脱色效果的影响,分析得出乙二醇对聚酯织物最优脱色工艺为:织物与乙二醇质量比1∶20,温度180℃,时间40min,最高脱色率可达93.64%。实验中对乙二醇进行回收利用,利用气相色谱分析可得其纯度为87.02%。利用所回收的乙二醇对废旧织物进行脱色,脱色率可达91.06%。
Ethylene glycol solvent was used for the decolorization of waste polyester fabric and the effect of decolorization was characterized by K/Svalue of fabric before and after decolorization.The influence of three factors,decolorization temperature,the ratio of waste polyester fabric to ethylene glycol and decolorization time on the degradation were studied.The results showed that the degradation by ethylene glycol could be up to 93.64% utmostly,when the ratio of waste polyester fabric to ethylene glycol was 1∶20,the temperature was 180℃ and the time was 40 min.The purity of used ethylene glycol could reach 87.02%,which could be confirmed by gas chromatograph.The decolorization rate of waste polyester fabric by recovered ethylene glycol could still reach 91.06%.
