摘要
隧道开挖时,控制围岩变形是工程安全的重要保障。以湖北省月亮山隧道为例,选择三个典型隧道断面数据进行围岩变形研究,得到了围岩变形-时间关系曲线。通过利用最小二乘法和nlinfit函数法对量测数据的处理,得出两种回归分析方法下拟合程度的比较分析研究,从而发现一种更简便的计算方法和更适合该隧道的回归方程,预测了收敛趋于稳定的时间和总变形量,确定预留变形量,为二次衬砌提供合理的支护时机。同时运用FLAC3D三维有限元软件进行了数值模拟,分析了该隧道施工的空间效应,得到了围岩变形稳定距离。最后对隧道围岩稳定性进行了评价,给出相应的处理建议,对隧道的设计修改和施工具有重要的指导意义。
The deformation of surrounding rock is an important guarantee for the safety of the tunnel when the tunnel is excavated. The Moon mountain tunnel in Hubei province was taked as an example,through the detailed survey and geological conditions of information collected,three typical tunnel section data are chosen to study the deformation of surrounding rock. Surrounding rock deformation-time curve and deformation-space effect curve were got. Section through different methods of convergence monitoring measurement data processing,it is concluded that the fitting degree under different regression analysis method of comparative analysis,to find a more simple method,more suitable for the tunnel of the regression equation,which forecasts the stable convergence time and total deformation,determine the reserve deformation,and provide reasonable support time for secondary lining. At the same time,the FLAC-3 D three-dimensional fem software used for numerical simulation of the space effect of the tunnel construction are analyzed,which gets the deformation of surrounding rock stability. Finally an evaluation of the stability of surrounding rock was maken,corresponding treatment suggestions are given,to modify the design of the tunnel and construction,which has important guiding significance.
