长江中游城市群协同发展视野下的新型警务合作研究

The New Policing Cooperation Study under the Vision of Coordinated Development of Urban Agglomerations in the Middle Reach of Yangtze River

在长江中游城市群协同发展战略的视野下,传统警务合作模式已经不能满足信息化条件下本区域警务合作的需要。在综合分析长江中游城市群新型警务合作的现实依据与理论依据的基础上,指明了传统警务合作模式的弊端所在,并针对其中的突出问题,从"统一指挥"、"统一规范"、"情报共享"与"预算保障"四个方面,提出了构建长江中游城市群新型警务合作理想模式的对策。

Under the Vision of coordinated development of urban agglomerations in the middle reach of Yangtze River, the traditional police cooperation model has not satisfied the need of the police cooperation in the area under the information condition. Based on the comprehensive analysis of both practical basis and theoretical basis of the new police cooperationof urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, the paper points out the disadvantages of traditional policing cooperation mode. For major problems, it builds the ideal pattern of new poli- cing cooperationof urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze Riverfrom the ＂unified command＂, ＂unified norms＂, ＂intelligence sharing＂ and ＂budget security＂ four aspects.
