旧城改造规划设计研究——以广州旧城滨水地区改造工程为例

Study on the Planning and Design of Old City Reconstruction:Taking the Reconstruction Project of Guangzhou Old City Binshui Area as an Example

随着城市化进程的不断加快,旧城改造在我国各城市均在不同程度地推进。文章以旧城改造规划设计为核心展开论述,以广州旧城滨水地区改造工程为例,综合考虑当地生态环境、人文历史与城市职能发展需要对其目前存在问题进行相应地改造规划设计。

With the accelerating process of urbanization, the reconstruction of the old city is advancing in different cities in China. This paper discusses the planning and design of the old city reconstruction. Taking the reconstruction project of the Binshui area of the Guangzhou old city as an example, the reform and planning is carried out accordingly based on the existing ecosystem, humanities history and development needs of urban functions.
