摘要
采用偶联剂复配改性粉煤灰,研究了其对天然橡胶硫化特性和动态机械性能的影响。结果表明,有机基团成功接枝在粉煤灰表面,得到改性粉煤灰(RP828E);随着改性粉煤灰填充量增加,混炼胶最低转矩值(M_L)减小,而焦烧时间(t_(10))基本不变,混炼胶加工流动性显著改善;全部粉煤灰的样品A-14相较于仅10份粉煤灰样品A-11在5Hz、25Hz和100Hz频率下动、静刚度比下降幅度分别为21.8%、41.6%和50.8%;随着改性粉煤灰填充量的增加,阻尼值明显降低,在1Hz峰值位置上A-14较A-11降低幅度高达61.7%。
The fly ash was modified with titanate coupling agent,the organic groups were successfully grafted on the surface of fly ash,and we got modified fly ash(MFA)(RP828 E).The effects of MFA on the vulcanization characteristics and dynamic mechanical properties were investigated.With the increase of filling amount of MFA,mixed gumt10 with the decrease of the minimum torque value(ML)basically remained unchanged,mixing rubber processing flowability improved significantly.All fly ash samples A-14 were compared with just 10 copies of fly ash samples A-11 in 5 Hz,25 Hz and 100 Hz frequency,the dynamic and static stiffness ratio deereased 21.8%,41.6%and 50.8%respectively.With the increase of MFA filling ratio,damping values significantly reduced,in 1 Hz peak position A-11 to A14 was reduction of up to 61.7%.
