发动机缸体作为发动机核心的部件之一,直接影响着发动机的性能。发动机曲轴通过轴瓦支撑,安装在缸体曲轴孔上。缸体曲轴孔支撑整个发动机曲轴,是发动机的动力输出的核心的部位之一。因此,缸体曲轴孔需要通过铰珩加工来保证加工精度,确保整个发动机的性能。
As one of the core parts of engine,the engine block directly affects the performance of the engine. The engine crankshaft is supported by the bearing bush and is installed on the crankshaft bore of the cylinder block.The crankshaft bore supports the whole engine crankshaft,which is one of the core parts of the engine power output. Therefore,the cylinder crankshaft bore need to be machined by honing to ensure the machining accuracy and ensure the performance of the whole engine.
