摘要
当今就业形势严峻,如何开展有效的求职行为对于个体就业至关重要。本研究从未来工作自我的视角揭示了求职行为的形成机制,特别地,基于自我调节理论引入了求职目标清晰度的中介作用,基于社会认知职业理论引入了环境支持、阻碍的调节作用。以390名来自山东省、江苏省的高校毕业生为样本,结果发现:(1)未来工作自我与求职行为呈现显著正向关系;(2)未来工作自我通过求职目标清晰度间接影响求职行为;(3)环境支持正向调节未来工作自我与求职行为之间经由求职目标清晰度的间接关系,环境阻碍负向调节未来工作自我与求职行为之间经由求职目标清晰度的间接关系。以上这些发现对高校毕业生从事求职行为具有实践上的指导意义。
In today's severe employment situation, how to engage in positive and effective job search behavior is vital for job career. This study reveals the emergence mechanism of job search behavior from the perspective of future work self. In particular, this study investigated the mediating role of job search clarity drawing on self-regulation theory and the moderating role of contextual support and contextual barrier drawing on social cognitive career theory. Based on a sample of 390 college graduates from Shandong and Jiangsu province, the result shows that: (1) future work self is positively related to job search behavior; (2) job search clarity mediates the relationship between future work self and job search behavior; (3) contextual support positively moderates the indirect relationship between future work self and job search behavior through job search clarity, contextual barrier negatively moderates the indirect relationship between future work self and job search behavior through job search clarity. These findings may provide insight for college graduates' job search.
