对比加压交锁钉与静力交锁钉对下肢长骨骨折患者的效果

Comparison of the Effect of Compression Interlocking Nail and Static Interlocking Nail on Lower Limb Long Bone Fracture

目的探讨对下肢长骨骨折患者予以加压交锁钉与静力交锁钉治疗,对其效果进行对比。方法选取2015年8月—2017年8月来我院就诊的下肢长骨骨折患者52例作为研究对象。采用计算机表法分组,将其均分为对照组与实验组,每组各26例。对照组患者采取静力交锁钉治疗,实验组患者采取加压交锁钉治疗。对两组患者下肢长骨骨折患者的临床疗效、并发症发生情况以及手术时间进行对比。结果两组下肢长骨骨折患者的临床疗效和手术时间对比,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加压交锁钉与静力交锁钉治疗下肢长骨骨折,其效果明显,但行加压交锁钉治疗的患者,其并发症发生率较低,对患者的恢复更加有益。

Objective To investigate the effect of compression interlocking nail and static interlocking nail in the treatment of long bone fracture of lower limb. Methods 52 patients with long bone fracture of lower from limb August 2015 to August 2017 were selected were selected as the study objects, using the computer table method, they were divided into experimental group and control group, 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with static interlocking nail in the treatment, the experimental group was treated with pressurized nail treatment. The clinical efficacy, complications and operation time of two groups of lower limb long bone fracture patients were compared. Results The clinical efficacy and operation time of two groups of lower limb long bone fracture patients were compared, the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉0.05）; The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of compression interlocking nail and static interlocking nail in the treatment of long bone fracture of lower limb is obvious, but the incidence of complications is lower and the recovery of patients is more beneficial.
