随着时代的变迁和科技的进步,传统的民族工艺品制作技艺的传承和发展问题日益严峻。钦州坭兴陶是中国四大名陶之一,和其他传统民族工艺品制作一样,面临着生存危机和发展的困境,后继无人、缺乏创新、需求减少等问题制约了传统民族工艺品制作的发展。传统民族工艺品制作是中华民族的瑰宝它承载着物质传承、文化传承和精神传承的重任。它的传承和发展需要注入新的思想,需要优秀的具有创新与创业思维的传承人,需要自身具备顽强的生命力,而不是一味的人为呵护。

Along with changes of times and advance in seienee and technology,the problem of inheritance and development of manufacturing skills for traditional ethnie handicrafts is becoming increasingly vital. Nixing Pottery, of Qinzhou City,whieh is one of the four reputed potteries of China, is facing risk of existence and dilemma of development, no less than other traditional ethnic handicrafts. Such problems as having no successors, lacking innovation and decreasing demands etc. are containing development of these traditional ethnic handi-crafts. Traditional ethnic handicrafts are treasures of Chinese Ethnic Peoples and it is our heavy responsibility to carry through inheritance of them on aspects of substance, spirit and culture. Development and inheritance of Nixing Pottery needs injection of new thoughts, inheritors possessing excellent innovative and entrepreneurial ideas,and persisting vitality of its own instead of mere care by people.
