Ancient Literatures Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids

通过阅读中医古籍,对中医治疗痔疮的文献进行整理、分析、归纳。分析内治法、外治法的形成与发展源流,归纳中医治疗痔疮的分类和方法。内治法分为清法、补法、消法;外治法分为中药外用、结扎疗法、针灸法、导引法、枯痔法,这些方法为现代临证治疗提供重要思路与方法。

By studying the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine, the literatures about traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hemorrhoids are sorted out, analyzed and summarized. The formation and development of intemal and external treatment are analyzed, and the classification and methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hemorrhoids are summarized. The internal treatment can be divided into the cleating method, tonifying method and resolving method, and the external treatment include the external application of Chinese medicine, ligating therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion,guiding method and fistula drying method. These treatments could provide the important ideas and methods for modem clinical practice.
