便秘患者中医体质类型分布特征

Distribution Features of Constipation Patient＇s Somaplasm Types Differentiated by TCM

为了调查研究慢性功能性便秘患者的中医体质的分布特征,指导慢性功能性便秘的中医防治,本研究采用自填式中医体质量表,对218例慢性功能性便秘患者进行中医体质辨识.结果显示,218例慢性便秘患者中,9种中医体质的构成比为：阳虚质（32.1％）、平和质（18.3％）、阴虚质（12.4％）、气虚质（9.6％）、湿热质（9.2％）、气郁质（9.2％）、痰湿质（4.6％）、血瘀质（3.7％）、特禀质（0.9％）.结果表明,慢性功能性便秘患者主要偏颇体质是阳虚质、平和质及阴虚质.

This study was to investigate the distribution features of constipation patient＇s somaplasm types differentiated by TCM, so as to instruct TCM preventing ~ treating chronic functional constipation （CFC） ,through using self-filling in TCM somaplasm scale to differentiate 218 CFC patient＇s somaplasms. As results,their somaplasm constitution ratio was following as yang deficiency type（32.1%）,calm type （18.3%） ,yin deficiency type （12.4%） ,qi deficiency type（9.6G） ,dampness-heat type（9.2%） ,qi depression type（9.2%） ,phlegm-dampness type（4.6 % ） ,blood stasis type（3.7 %） and idiosyncrasy type（0.9 %）.Results show that the somaplasm of CFC patients is predominated by yang deficiency,calm and yin deficiency.
