摘要
和睦系统(FirmSys)是北京广利核系统工程有限公司自主研发的面相核电站安全级数字化控制保护系统通用平台,环形网络是该系统使用的其中一种拓扑结构。FirmSys环形网络满足核工业网络通信标准应用要求,具备典型系统级特性即通信确定性、通信独立性、通信实时性、通信可靠性的应用要求,但行业内没有针对这些自开发协议网络相应的验证方法与实践。通过对FirmSys环形网络协议层次模型(物理层、数据链路层、应用层)有效测试分析,搭建可靠的测试环境,建立利用网络分析仪、Wire Shark等测试工具抓取协议数据包或人为制造软硬件故障观察现象等验证方法理论,对网络通信确定性、通信独立性、通信实时性、通信可靠性的验证方法理论开展了良好实践,事实说明建立的测试方法理论能够被自开发协议网络的验证活动所借鉴。
FirmSys is independent researched and developed by China Techenergy Co., Ltd(CTEC) for nuclear power plant(NPP) safety-class digital control protection system universal platform. Ring network is one kind of topology structures used in this system. FirmSys ring network can fulfill the nuclear industry network communication application request, and satisfy the typical system level characteristics, communication certainty, communication independence, communication real timely, communication reliability, application request. But no validation methods and practice have been published for independent researching and developing protocol network intra industry. Through the effective testing analysis for ring network protocol level module of FirmSys, a validation method theory that using the network analyzer and testing tools such as WireShark to grab protocol packet and making manmade fault to observe the phenomenon is built. It carries out good practice for network communication certainty, communication independence, communication real timely, and communication reliability of validation method theory. It can illustrate that the testing method theory described in this paper can be used for reference for validation activity of independent researching and developing protocol network.
