文创扶贫的屏南路径

党的十九大报告明确提出,在全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,要坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战。这就要求各脱贫攻坚地区必须在实践中探索适合自身实际的扶贫脱贫路径。福建省屏南县依托自然和文化资源,以传统村落为发轫平台,积极进行文化创意的扶贫开发,探索出一条适合自身实际的文创扶贫路径,并取得了比较显著的成效。屏南文创扶贫新路径的借鉴意义与启示在于:重视发挥文创人才作用、努力形塑乡村民众主体、尊重传统村落文化生态、领导勇于担当强力推动。

A decisive stage in building a well-off society in an all-round way is clearly put forward in the 19 th CPC National Congress Report,and we must resolutely win the hard fight against poverty.In practice,it is necessary to explore the path of poverty alleviation and poverty reduction suitable for its own reality.Relying on natural and cultural resources and taking traditional villages as the starting platform,Pingnan County of Fujian Province actively carried out cultural and innovative poverty alleviation and development,explored a path suited to its own reality,and achieved remarkable results.The significance and inspiration of the new path of poverty alleviation in Pingnan is to lay stress on giving full play to the role of talents in literature and innovation,strive to shape the main body of rural people,respect the cultural ecology of traditional villages,and promote the courage and responsibility of leaders.
