低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及护理

Clinical Efficacy and Nursing Care of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris Treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin

目的:探讨不稳定型心绞痛采用低分子肝素治疗的效果及整体、全面护理配合的价值。方法:选择笔者所在医院心血管内科2016年3月-2017年3月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者100例,均采用低分子肝素治疗,观察临床效果,并随机分组,就用药期间常规护理(对照组,n=50)与整体、全面的护理配合(观察组,n=50),对预后造成的影响展开对比。结果:观察组总有效率、护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。硝酸甘油用量、不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体、全面的护理配合可显著提高总有效率,增强护理质量,确保临床安全性。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Low M01ecular Weight Heparin（LMWH） on unstable angina pectoris and the value of holistic and comprehensive nursing cooperation.Method： 100 cases of unstable angina patients were admitted to cardiology from March 20!6 to March 2017 in the author＇s hospital, using LMWH therapy, observed the clinical effect, the patients were randomized to medication during routine nursing（control group, n=50） with overall and comprehensive nursing care （observation group, n=50） effect on the prognosis caused by contrast.Result： The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Nitroglycerin dosage and adverse reaction rate were lower than those in control group, the differences.were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Overall and comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the total efficiency, enhance the quality of nursing and ensure the clinical safety.
