To Explore the Teaching about Ophthalmic Standardized Training for General Doctor

全科医师是社区卫生服务的主要提供者,承担卫生服务系统的守门人的职能。全科医师的培养模式与专科医师不同,在眼科的轮转时间只有2周,这就要求完善相应的配套教材,以及带教老师有更多的时间对学员进行指导,并激发和引导学员重视眼科学习,争取在有限的时间内让他们掌握《培训细则》要求掌握的眼科部分内容。

General doctor is the main provider of community health services,who regard as the gatekeeper of health service system. Training mode of general doctor is different from the specialists,which accept the training for only 2 weeks in the department of ophthalmology. To control the training requirements about the eye,the importance is that there should have proper textbooks and the mentor should take more time to induct the trainer.
