摘要
目的设计和研发一项面向节能减排的离散制造车间生产过程碳轨迹监测与控制系统。目的是优化制造型企业生产过程的碳轨迹。方法以RFID技术的车间实时信息采集技术为硬件基础,与碳足迹专家支持系统互为软件支撑,根据离散制造车间生产过程基础数据库知识和车间实时信息,在对离散制造车间能源、物料、废弃物等进行分类、编码、测量、采集和计算的基础上,对生产过程碳轨迹信息进行采集、传输、计算、处理和动态监测,对碳足迹异常情况进行实时诊断、报警和控制;研究数据增值技术,它主要应用数据挖掘、人机交互、智能算法、动态自适应和智能控制单元等方法和技术,从大量的制造资源的碳足迹状态数据中挖掘隐藏于其中的不确定性行为并描述、预测和增值;研究碳足迹专家支持系统,该系统是在解释器和推理机的支持下,充分运用碳足迹、生产管理、设备管理、自动化控制等方向专家的知识与经验,诊断离散制造车间碳足迹问题。结果面向节能减排的离散制造车间生产过程碳轨迹监测与控制系统集成到某汽车发动机装配车间的制造执行系统(MES)之中,车间用电量降低了3.28%,物料消耗降低了7.55%,因生产事故导致停产的次数下降31.76%,验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。结论为离散制造型企业生产车间节能减排提供了方法和技术支持。
Objective To optimize the carbon trajectory of manufacturing enterprises,a monitoring and control system to conserve energy for carbon trajectory of the discrete production workshop was designed and developed.Methods On the basis of classification,coding,measurement,collection and calculation of the energy,material and waste of the discrete production workshop,RFID technology in workshop real-time information collection technology is hardware support,and carbon footprint expert support system is software support.It implements real-time monitor workshop carbon trajectory,alarm and control.Then,the key technologies of value-added technology are studied,which mainly use data mining technology,human-computer interaction,intelligent algorithm,dynamic adaptive and intelligent control unit and other methods,from the carbon footprint of state data of a large number of manufacturing resources,dig up the hidden uncertain behavior and give description,prediction and value-added.And finally carbon footprint expert support system is studied,which,based on the support of the interpreter and inference engine,making full use of the knowledge and experience of experts such as carbon footprint,production management,equipment management and automation control,diagnoses the carbon footprint of discrete manufacturing workshop.Results After the system was integrated into a workshop MES.The workshop electricity consumption,and material consumption,production accidents decreased by3.28%,7.55%,and 31.76%,respectively.It was proven that the method is practical and effective.Conclusion This paper provides methods and technical support for energy saving and emission reduction of production workshop in discrete manufacturing enterprises.
