“一带一路”大数据视野下国际石油工程师培养模式研究报告——以中亚五国、东亚蒙古为例

A Research Report on the International Petroleum Engineer Training Mode from the Perspective of“the Belt and Road”Big Data——A Case Study of Five Central Asian Countries and East Asia Mongolia

中亚五国和东亚蒙古是中国的近邻,也是"一带一路"沿线的重要国家。本文全面阐述了中国同中亚五国和东亚蒙古的合作关系,通过"一带一路"大数据分析发现这些国家对国际石化人才有着较大需求,最后从中亚五国及蒙古石化专业人才的培养目标、能力要求、培养方式以及评估体系等四大方面提出国际石油工程师的培养模式,以期为"一带一路"沿线国家与世界范围内的石油工程师培养提供参考借鉴。

Central Asian countries and East Asia Mongolia are China＇ neighbors, they play great rolesin the Belt and Road construction. This paper expounds the cooperation between China with Five CentralAsian Countries and East Asia Mongolia comprehensively, by the needs analysis of “ the Belt and Road”Big Data we find these countries have great needs on international petroleum engineer tput forward the training mode of international petroleum engineers from the four aspects on training objec-tives , competency requirements, training methods and evaluation systems, in order to provide refefor the petroleum engineer training of Belt and Road countries.
