摘要
铁磁谐振是电力系统自激振荡的一种形式,是由于变压器、电压互感器等铁磁电感的饱和作用引起的持续性、高幅值谐振过电压现象。本文以潘家口电厂3号主变低压侧接地保护动作报警的一次设备故障为案例,提出了为抑制这种电磁式电压互感器饱和引起的零序性质的谐振过电压,采取的解决措施。但是,任何措施都有其局限性,不是绝对可靠的,采用时还应根据实际条件加以选择。
The ferromagnetic resonance is a form of self-oscillation of electric power system. It is a kind of sustained and high-amplitude resonance overvoltage phenomenon caused under the saturation effects of transformer, voltage transformer and other ferromagnetic inductors. This paper is based on the case of primary equipment fault resulting in ground protection operation alarm at the LV side of No.3 main transformer of the Panjiakou Pumped Storage Power Station, and presents a solution to suppress zero-sequence resonance overvoltage arising from the saturation of electromagnetic voltage transformer. Since all measures have a certain limitation and are not absolutely reliable, relevant measures shall be selected according to actual conditions.
