补肾解毒方对核辐射所致生殖系统损伤的防护作用 被引量:7

Protective Effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction(补肾解毒方) on Injury of Reproductive System Caused by Nuclear Radiation

摘要 目的观察补肾解毒方对核辐射所致雄性小鼠生殖系统损伤的防护作用。方法将60只C57BL/6J雄性小鼠随机分为空白对照组、辐射模型组、补肾解毒方组,每组20只,补肾解毒方组给予补肾解毒方13.5 g/(kg·d)灌胃,其他两组给予0.2 ml生理盐水灌胃,各组均灌胃24天。除空白对照组外,其余两组小鼠于第11天接受一次性5Gy60Coγ-射线的全身照射。观察各组小鼠一般体征;于辐射后第1、14天观察小鼠体质量,计算睾丸指数;于辐射后第14天光镜观察睾丸、附睾组织病理形态学变化。结果辐射模型组附睾、睾丸组织细胞病理形态学有不同程度破坏,补肾解毒方组组织结构基本正常。辐射后第1天,与空白对照组比较,辐射模型组和补肾解毒方组小鼠体质量、睾丸指数均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且补肾解毒方组睾丸指数高于辐射模型组(P<0.05);辐射后第14天,补肾解毒方组体质量、睾丸指数均较辐射模型组显著升高(P<0.05),且与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾解毒方能减轻辐射所致的生殖系统损伤,提升睾丸指数。 Objective To observe the protective effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction on injury of reproductive system caused by nuclear radiation in male mice. Methods Sixty C57BL/6J male mice were randomly divided into blank control group, radiation model group and Bushen Jiedu Decoction group, with 20 mice in each group. Bushen Jiedu Decoction group was given Bushen Jiedu Decoction ( 13.5 g/( kg ~ d) by gavage. The other groups were given 0.2 ml of physiological saline by gavage. Each group was treated for 24 days. Except for blank control group, the other two groups received the whole body 5Gy60Co'y-ray radiation for one time on the eleventh day. The general physical signs of mice in each group were observed. On the first day and the fourteenth day after radiation, the weight of mice was measured and the testis index was calculated. The pathomorphological changes of testis and epididymis were observed on the fourteenth day with light microscope. Results In the radiation model group, the pathomorphology of testes and epididymides showed injuries in different degrees. The tissue structure in Bushen Jiedu Decoction group was basi- cally normal. On the first day after radiation, compared with the blank control group, the weight and testis index of the mice in radiation model group and Bushen Jiedu Decoction group decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). The testis index in Bushen Jiedu Decoction group was higher than that in radiation model group (P 〈 0. 05 ). On the fourteenth day after radiation, the weight and testis index in Bushen Jiedu Decoction group were both significantly higher than those in radiation model group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and there was no significant difference between Bushen Jiedu Decoction group and blank control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Bushen Jiedu Decoction group might reduce reproductive system damage caused by nuclear radiation and increase testis index.
