摘要
介绍了PLC控制系统,对常用的PLC控制系统的维修方法进行说明,包括反馈检测诊断法、逻辑错误故障诊断法、限时故障检测法和首发故障检测法,并结合项目实例对PLC在机电控制系统故障维修中的应用进行了分析讨论。分析认为,采用PLC进行机电控制系统的故障维修可以大幅度提高工作效率和皮带机磁力启动器的使用寿命,并且降低维修成本和设备购置资金,PLC的应用为企业带来显著的经济效益。
This paper introduces the PLC control system, the maintenance methods of the PLC control system,including feedback detection and diagnosis method, logic error fault diagnosis method, fault detection method and thefirst time the fault detection method, combined with the project examples discussed has carried on the analysis to PLCin the mechanical and electrical control system fault maintenance. Analysis shows fault maintenance by PLC electricalcontrol system can greatly improve the work efficiency and the service life of the belt machine magnetic starter, andreduce maintenance and become equipment purchase funds, the application of PLC to bring significant economicbenefits for the enterprise.
