新疆少数民族流动儿童社会工作服务路径及对策研究

A Study on the Methods of Social Work for Floating Ethnic Children in Xinjiang

社会工作是服务弱势群体的专业,少数民族流动儿童是其重点关注的群体之一。文章梳理了社会工作服务在流动儿童领域的相关实践经验及研究成果。洞悉十年来我国流动儿童社会工作服务模式变迁与发展,将前人经验与本地实践加以融合,试图提出符合地区发展情况,满足少数民族流动儿童需求的社会工作服务新路径。

Social work is for the disadvantaged groups and the floating ethnic children are an important object of the service.This article sorts out the practical experiences and academic achievement in the social work for the children since 2006 when the regulation of ＂Constructing Grand Social Work Staff＂ is released by 6th Session of 16th CPC Convention.In addition,it studies the development of social work mode for the children and integrates the experiences with practicing locally so as to find out the new methods of the social work suitable for the social status and the requirement of the children.
