聚苯硫醚(PPS)生产废盐中微量硫化物分析方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过采用自制的H2S分离及吸收装置,实验采用间接碘量滴定法建立了聚苯硫醚(PPS)生产废盐中微量硫化物的分析方法。结果表明,所建立方法的检测范围可达0.032 mg/g^33.66 mg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.29%。对实际样品的加标回收率在95.09%~96.26%范围,且在PPS废盐综合回收利用过程中所加入的过量Na_2CO_3在一定范围内对测定不产生干扰。所建立的方法具有操作简单、干扰小、回收率高等优点,可用于PPS生产废盐及其他固体废盐中硫化物的日常生产分析。 The analytical method for trace sulfur in waste salt generated during the production of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) was established based on the indirect iodometry after the separation and adsorption of H2S by using a self - made device. The results showed that the linear range for the proposed method reaches to 0. 032 mg/g ~ 33.66 mg/g with only 3.29% relative standard devi- ation (RSD). The recoveries for real samples varied within 95.09% -96.26%, and the excessive Na2CO3 added during the comprehensive recovery and utilization of waste salt didn't cause obvious- ly interference in a certain content range. This proposed method has the advantages as easy opera- tion, few interference, high recovery, and thus is suitable for the determination of trace sulfide in the other solid samples or for the routine production analysis.
