微生态制剂对猪流行性腹泻和伪狂犬病疫苗免疫效果的影响 被引量:5

Effect of a microecological agent on the immunization against porcine epidemic diarrhea and pseudorabies vaccines

摘要 为了研究微生态制剂能否增强机体对疫苗的免疫应答水平,本试验对妊娠母猪进行猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)或伪狂犬病病毒(pseudorabies virus,PRV)疫苗免疫前后同时添加微生态制剂,并测定母猪奶水中PEDV IgA抗体或PRV gB抗体、血常规指标、血液中CD4+和CD8+T细胞含量,以及IL-2、TNF-α和IFN-γ的浓度。结果表明,妊娠母猪进行PEDV或PRV疫苗免疫期间,添加微生态制剂能显著上调奶水中PEDV IgA抗体或PRV gB抗体水平,但对母猪血常规、CD4+细胞、CD8+细胞、IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ的影响不显著。 In order to investigate whether microecological agents can enhance the immunity response to the vaccine, this experiment wasperformed on gestational sows, which wereimmunized with porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV) and pseudorabies virus(PRV) vaccine-sand addeda microecological agent. Then the IgA antibody concentration against PEDV in milk or gB antibody level against PRV, hematologicindexes, CD4+and CD8+cells, interleukin-2, TNF-α and IFN-γ were detected. The results showed that the addition of the microecologicalagentsignificantly up-regulatedthe IgA concentration against PEDV or gB antibody level against PRV during immunization, butthere was nosignificant effect on the routine blood indexes, CD4+and CD8+cells, interleukin-2, TNF-α and IFN-γ.
