摘要
随着我国工业化和城市化水平的飞速发展,获得广泛应用的大型装备在传统检维修模式中存在的数据信息不全面、不规范,数据分析处理不完善和数据分析手段落后等问题,严重制约了大型装备的使用效率。健康诊断和智能维护管理系统可为大型装备预防性维修和全员自主维修提供全面技术支持。本文重点分析了大型装备维修模式发展趋势、健康诊断与智能维护系统需求分析与组成,并结合轨道交通车辆关键部件案例对该系统的功能进行系统分析,分析结果表明,该系统的开发应用可以更好的确保大型装备全寿命周期的可靠性和安全性水平,有效提升大型装备的使用效率。
With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization level in China,large-scale use of large equipment in the traditional inspection and maintenance mode is of the existence of incomplete and irregular data,unreasonable storage and imperfect in data analysis and processing,backward data analysis means and so on. This situation seriously hampered the use of large-scale equipment efficiency. Health diagnosis and intelligent maintenance management system provide preventive maintenance of large equipment and total self-maintenance for comprehensive technical support. This paper focuses on the development trend of large equipment maintenance model, health diagnosis and needs analysis and composition of intelligent maintenance system,and the function of the system is systematically analyzed according to the case of key components of rail transit vehicle. The results show that the development and application of the system can better ensure the reliability and safety of the full life cycle of large equipment,and effectively improve the efficiency of large-scale equipment.
