耳穴配合按压攒竹穴治疗卒中后顽固性呃逆的疗效观察

A study on curative effect of auricular point therapy combined with pressing CUANZHU point on intractable hiccup after stroke

目的观察耳穴配合按压攒竹穴治疗卒中后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效与Barthel指数变化。方法将65例卒中后顽固性呃逆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例,对照组33例,治疗组采用耳穴配合按压攒竹穴治疗,对照组采用肌注氯丙嗪。分别观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后、治疗后1周Barthel指数变化及临床疗效情况。结果治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组为66.67%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者Barthel指数评分没有明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分也没有明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组在治疗后、治疗后1周评分明显较治疗前提高;对照组治疗后、治疗后1周评分亦明显升高。治疗后1周时两组比较,治疗组评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴配合按压攒竹穴能有效缓解卒中后顽固性呃逆患者临床症状,改善生活质量。

Objectives To observe the clinical effect and the change of Barthel index of auricular point combined with pressing CUANZHU point on intractable hiccup after stroke. Methods 65 cases of intractable hiccup after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment,32and 33 cases in groups,32and 33 cases in groups. The treat- ment group was treated with auricular point combined with pressing CUANZHU point and the control group was treated by intramus- cular injection of Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride Injection. Then the change of Barthel index and the clinical curative effect of two groups were observed before treatment,after treatment and 1 week after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 87.50% in the treatment group and 66. 67% in the control group,with statistical significance （P 〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no signifi- cant difference in Barthel index scores between the two groups, there wasn＇t either after treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The Barthel index scores of the treatment group after treatment and 1 week after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment and the same as the treatment group. At 1 week after treatment, the Barthel index scores of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Auricular point therapy combined with pressing CUANZHU point can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life on intractable hiccup after stroke.
