摘要
以煤基均聚聚丙烯(PP)1102K为基体树脂,探索了不同山梨糖醇类透明成核剂、加工温度对透明PP性能的影响。结果表明,透明成核剂的用量在0.25%~0.30%较好,选用成核剂D作为透明改性剂,不但改善了PP的光学性能,使PP的雾度由基础树脂的56.0%下降到14.0%,提高了PP的刚性,而且使结晶温度提高11℃。
The effect of different sorbitol nucleating agents and processing temperature on the properties of transparent homo-polypropylene was investigated with coal-based homo-polypropylene 1102 K as basic resin. The results showed that the optimum adding amount of transparent nucleating agent was 0. 25% ~ 0. 30%. It could not only improve the optical properties of PP using nucleating agent D as the transparent modifier,the haze reduced from56. 0% of basic resin down to 14. 0%,and enhance the rigidity of PP,but also increase the crystallization temperature by 11℃.
