摘要
以履带拖拉机扭杆弹簧悬架系统为研究对象,对比了理论公式计算方法与有限元分析(FEA)方法在扭杆弹簧悬架设计过程中的优缺点。结果表明,采用理论公式方法能够在概念设计阶段方便快速地进行扭杆的参数设计,采用FEA方法能够在详细设计阶段详细校核整个扭杆悬架系统的刚度、强度。
Taking the torsion bar spring suspension system of tractor as a study object,the merits and demerits of the theoretical formula calculation method and FEA method in the design process of the torsion bar spring suspension are compared and analyzed. The conclusion is that,the theoretical formula calculation method can facilitate the rapid design of torsion bar in concept design stage; the stiffness of torsion bar suspension system can be checked in detail at detailed design stage using the FEA method.
