摘要
介绍了液压增压器的结构特点及其在锻压机超高压液压系统中的应用。锻压机械及一些其他设备的液压系统中,往往只是部分执行机构或个别执行机构需要很高的工作压力(大于31.5MPa的超高压),而系统的其余部分工作压力比较低(在31.5MPa以下),在需要超高压的位置设置增压器后,就可以选用常规的中高压液压泵和大部分常规的其他液压元器件,组成更为经济合理的液压系统。
The structural characteristics ofsupercharger and its application in extrahighpressure hydraulic sys- tem of forging press have been introduced in the text. In the hydraulic system of forging machinery and some other equipment, normally only partor individual of the implementing agencies need high working pres- sure (greater than 31.SMPa), while the rest of the system requires relatively lowworking pressure (below 31.SMPa). By adding supercharger in the extra high pressure position, the conventional high pressure hy- draulic pump and most of the other conventional hydraulic components can be adopted to form a more eco- nomical and reasonable hydraulic system.
