经颅脑超声对多系统萎缩及帕金森病的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过经颅脑超声对多系统萎缩(MSA)及帕金森病(PD)的超声表现,探讨颅脑超声对MSA及PD诊断的应用价值。方法以经确诊的MSA及PD患者为病例组,另设对照组,对其经颅脑超声结果进行对比分析研究。结果 PD组黑质强回声的比例高于对照组及MSA组,差异具有统计学意义;PD组黑质强回声面积高于对照组及MSA组,差异具有统计学意义;MSA-P型患者豆状核异常高回声比例高于MSA-C组、PD组及对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论经颅超声可为PD及MSA等帕金森综合征患者的鉴别提供帮助,豆状核异常强回声的引入,增大了经颅超声对于鉴别PD患者及帕金森综合征的临床意义。 Objective This study aims to assess the practice value of transcranial sonography (TSC) in diagnosis of multiple system atrophy (MSA) and Parkinson's disease (PD) .Methods TSC results were collected in the MSA group and PD group ,in which the patients were diagnosed as MSA and PD respectively .Another healthy group was used as the control group .The TSC re-sults of the three groups were compared .Results The rate and the area of the substanitia nigra hyperechogenicity in the PD group were higher than that in the MSA group and the healthy controls ,which showed statistically significant differences between the PD group and other groups .The rate of lenticular nucleus hyperechogenicity in the MSA-P group was higher than that in MSA-C group ,PD group and the healthy controls ,which also showed statistically significant differences .Conclusion TSC can be helpful for the differential diagnosis of patients with PD ,MSA and other Parkinson syndrome .The introduction of lenticular nucleus hy-perechogenicity can improve the clinical significance of TSC in the differential diagnosis of PD and Parkinson syndrome .
