摘要
目的:创建阳和汤质量控制的标准,从而更好服务于研究与临床。方法:采用TLC法对熟地黄、甘草进行鉴别,HPLC法对阳和汤所含成分芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量进行测定。结果:采用TLC法鉴别熟地黄、甘草具有较好的专属性;芥子碱硫氰酸盐在0.82~8.2μg范围内,含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 2,平均回收率99.4%,RSD为0.93%。结论:本实验所创建的检测方法方便有效,专属性强,此标准能够很好控制阳和汤质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard control for Yanghe decoction. Methods: Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC,the content of sinapine thiocyanate was determined by HPLC. Results: The methods could well identify Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae. The calibration curves of sinapine thiocyanate was in good linearity over the range of 0. 82 ~ 8. 2 μg( r = 0. 999 2) and the average recovery rate was 99. 4%( RSD = 0. 93%). Conclusion: The method of quality standard control for Yanghe decoction is proved effective.
