摘要
在深入分析转向架车间物料配送、装配流程与模式的基础上,研究一种基于物联网技术的智能物料小车及管理系统。首先分析转向架生产过程对智能物料的功能需求,接着设计基于物联网技术的物料小车的硬件配置、功能流程及管理系统。该智能物料小车不仅能够简化作业人员的工作量,提高工作效率,而且具有较高的数据处理和容错能力,能够符合转向架生产车间的实际需求,可为转向架装配的工艺防错和物料管控问题提供解决方案。
By analyzing the material distribution, assembly process and pattern of bogie assembly workshop, a kind of intelli-gent material vehicle and its management system are studied. Firstly, the function demand of intelligent material vehicle is ana-lyzed, then its hardware configuration, function, process and management system are designed respectively. The intelligent mate-rial vehicle can not only simplify the workload and improve work efficiency, but also have high data processing and fault toler-ance, it will meet the actual demand of bogie assembly workshop and provide a solution for mistake proofing and material control problem of bogie assembly process.
