智能制造推动我国传统制造业转型升级研究——以沈阳机床集团为例 被引量:7

摘要 传统制造业是我国工业经济的基础,"中国制造2025"的提出为我国传统制造业的发展带来了机遇,为促进我国装备制造业智能转型做好了铺垫。然而,我国传统制造业智能制造的发展到目前还存在着很多挑战。文章以沈阳机床集团为例,对传统制造业通过智能制造进行转型升级进行了案例分析,提出了装备制造业通过智能制造进行转型升级的对策建议,以推动我国传统制造业能够通过智能制造顺利进行转型升级。 Traditional manufacturing industry is the basement of industrial economy in China. Taking the opportunity of "Made in China 2025", the traditional manufacturing industry has been ready for transforming and upgrading while the equipment manufacturing industry is paving the way for the intelligent transformation. However, there are still many challenges in the development of intelligent manufacturing of traditional manufacturing industry.This paper, takes SMTCL as an example, analyzes the problems of traditional manufacturing industry during transformation and upgrading and proposes advises in order to promote development of traditional manufacturing through intelligent manufacturing.
