“中国制造2025”与职业教育人才培养的新使命 被引量:45

摘要 在全球制造业革命性变革的背景下,"中国制造2025"不仅为我国制造业转型升级提供了行动指南,也对职业教育人才培养规模、规格、质量提出了新诉求。但目前我国职业教育人才培养结构性失调,培养模式与制造业发展实践脱节,培养体系缺乏开放性等,与"中国制造2025"发展战略存在不适应之处。因此,职业教育要不断变革人才培养策略,优化人才培养结构,构建"制造业+"融合式人才培养模式,建立开放性职业教育人才培养体系,从而承担起建设制造业强国赋予的新使命。 In the background of the revolutionary transformation of the global manufacturing industry,the strategy of"Made in China 2025"not only provides a guideline for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in our country,but also puts forward the new demands on the scale,specification and quality of training vocational talents.However,at present,the structural imbalance of vocational education personnel training in our country,the dissociation between training mode and practice in manufacturing industry,the lack of openness in training system etc.are incompatible with the expectation of"Made in China 2025".Therefore,vocational education should constantly change the strategies,optimize the structure,construct the integrated mode of"manufacturing plus",and establish an open system for talent training so as to assume the new missions of building apowerful manufacturing country.
