摘要
介绍了武汉某燃气分布式能源站为充分利用烟气余热,增加蓄能水箱的补水管径,将蓄能水箱改造成生活热水箱,蓄能水箱中的热水再用泵送到站外用户的改造方案。该方案不仅减少了水-水换热环节,也使运行方式得到了极大的简化;既降低了能源站生活热水供应成本,又解决了能源站热水对外供应不足的问题,可为同类分布式能源站节能改造提供参考。
The retrofit plan of a gas distributed energy station in Wuhan is introduced in this paper.In order to make full use of the waste heat of the flue gas and increase the water supply pipe diameter of the energy storage water tank,the energy storage station is transformed into a living hot water tank,and the hot water in the energy storage tank is then pumped to the users outside the water storage station.The water-water heat transfer link is reduced in this plan,and the operation mode is greatly simplified.The cost of living hot water supply is reduced; the problem of insufficient supply of hot water to the energy station is also solved.This paper could provide reference for the energy saving transformation of similar distributed energy station.
