钙钛矿太阳电池活性薄膜层的稳定性研究

摘要 2009年,有机-无机杂化钙钛矿首次作为吸光材料被用于太阳能电池,经过近年来的研究,钙钛矿太阳电池效率已从3%左右提升到超过20%。这类电池作为一种清洁、安全的可再生能源,具有制备工艺简单、成本低廉等优点,具有商业化的价值。但是,钙钛矿薄膜的稳定性较差,阻碍了其进一步的应用。本文采用两步法制备了钙钛矿太阳电池的吸光层,并对吸光层的耐温及耐湿性能进行了初步的研究。研究表明,钙钛矿结构在温度或湿度较高的环境下,材料易分解,进而导致了钙钛矿薄膜的不稳定。 In 2009, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite was first used as light-absorbing material in solar cells. After years of researching, the efficiency of perovskite solar cells has increased from about 3% to more than 20%. As a kind of clean and safe renewable energy, this kind of battery has the advantages of simple preparation process and low cost and has commercial value. However, the stability of perovskite film is poor, which hinders its further application. This paper uses two-step method to prepare the absorption layer of perovskite solar cells and studies the temperature resistance and humidity resistance of absorption layer. The results show that perovskite structure is easy to decompose under high temperature or humidity environment, which leads to instability of perovskite films.
