急性广泛前壁心肌梗死急诊行PCI术后合并心源性休克应用IABP治疗的护理

Application of IABP treatment in patients with acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction complicating with cardiogenic shock with postoperative PCI in emergency treatment

目的探讨主动脉内球囊反搏术(intra aortic balloon pump,IABP)治疗急性广泛前壁心肌梗死急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后合并心源性休克的临床护理方法。方法以20l5年6月至2017年6月解放军252医院收治的10例急性广泛前壁心肌梗死急诊PCI术后合并心源性休克患者为研究对象,根据IABP特点及患者护理需要,对患者采取综合护理措施。结果经综合护理后,9例患者治愈出院,因病情严重死亡1例,未见近远期并发症。结论专业、细致的护理能够促进急性广泛前壁心肌梗死急诊PCI术后合并心源性休克患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the method of clinical nursing of application of intra aortic balloon pumptreatment in patients with acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction complicating with cardiogenic shockwith postoperative percutaneous coronary intervention in emergency treatment. Methods 10 patients with acuteextensive anterior wall myocardial infarction complicating with cardiogenic shock with postoperative PCI in emergency treatment were selected as the research objects, who were treated from June 2015 to June 2016 in PLA252 Hospital. According to the characteristics of IABP and the need of the nursing of patient, comprehensivenursing measures for patients were taken. Results After taking comprehensive nursing, 9 cases of patients werecured and discharged from hospital, and 1 case was dead due to the serious illness, and no short and long termcomplications were found. Conclusion Professional and meticulous nursing can promote the recovery in the patients with acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction complicating with cardiogenic shock with postoperative PCI in emergency treatment soon.
